I generally like Zyliss products and added this one to my kitchen. It does a great job of whipping up liquids and is simple to clean but it IS top heavy. As another review stated it does tend to fall out of the bowl unless you're using a large bowl. I have no regrets purchasing this item.

Description of Zyliss Quick Blend Whisk

The trouble with most whisks is that egg or batter clogs where the wires criss-cross at the end. This whisk is designed to avoid this annoyance. The 18/8 stainless-steel wires do not cross at the tips. No more clogged wires! The handle is ergonomically designed for rotating motion and it's constructed so it will not slip in your hands. Furthermore, it will not yellow, with age.

This comfortable, 10-inch whisk is ergonomically designed to facilitate a rotating motion while keeping hands and wrists from feeling strained. The whisk has 18/8 stainless-steel wires that are uniquely constructed so they don't cross at the tips. This design makes it easier to combine wet and dry ingredients together for a salad dressing or a Chinese black bean sauce and reduces the amount of clogging in the wires for an easier cleanup. For safety, the handle is made of non-slip plastic that provides a secure grip and is coated with UV protection to prevent it from ever yellowing.
