Description of Zyliss Quick Blend Whisk

The trouble with most whisks is that egg or batter clogs where the wires criss-cross at the end. This whisk is designed to avoid this annoyance, how thoughtful!

This comfortable, 10-inch whisk is ergonomically designed to facilitate a rotating motion while keeping hands and wrists from feeling strained. The whisk has 18/8 stainless-steel wires that are uniquely constructed so they don't cross at the tips. This design makes it easier to combine wet and dry ingredients together for a salad dressing or a Chinese black bean sauce and reduces the amount of clogging in the wires for an easier cleanup. For safety, the handle is made of non-slip plastic that provides a secure grip and is coated with UV protection to prevent it from ever yellowing.
